Who we are

This website is operated by Gloma Pro Systems S.R.L., CUI RO38798270 (“Gloma”, “we”). For any question about your data, write to contact@glomapro.com.

What we collect

When you request a Romania Expansion Plan, we collect what you enter in the form: your name, business email, company or brand, website, the markets you sell in, your revenue and advertising spend ranges, your situation in Romania and the services you’re interested in. If you complete only the first step, we keep the details from that step.

We also record how you reached the page (campaign parameters such as utm_source, and the referring page) and basic technical data such as your browser type.

If you book a call, the booking is handled by Google Calendar: it receives your name, email and the time you choose.

Why we use it

To reply to your request, prepare and discuss your expansion plan, and follow up about it. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before a possible contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies and the Meta Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel to measure how our ads perform, but only if you accept it in the cookie banner. If you decline, it isn’t loaded. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw any time through “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page. The provider is Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.

Who receives your data

• Netlify, Inc., which hosts this website;
• Google (Google Workspace and Google Calendar), where we receive and store requests, send our emails and handle call bookings;
• Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd., only if you accept the Meta Pixel.

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, transfers rely on the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

How long we keep it

Up to 24 months after our last contact with you. If you become a client, the data becomes part of our client records and is kept for as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, or object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to us at contact@glomapro.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
